VinFast announced that it will hand over the first VF 8 City Edition electric cars to the US market from March 1, 2023 (ie March 2 in Vietnam). The handover event will take place at VinFast's store in California, kicking off VinFast's new journey in the international market.
The first VinFast electric cars were handed over from the batch of 999 City Edition cars that were shipped to the US in December 2022. The VF 8 City Edition is available in two versions, Eco and Plus, with 207 miles and 191 miles respectively, certified by the EPA.
The handover ceremony of the VF 8 City Edition car will be held on March 1, 2023 at VinFast's store in California and in turn handover at home to customers in the following days. Along with the handover, VinFast continues to organize large-scale test drive programs throughout California to bring the most realistic experience to users.
